Middle School Eligibility Requirements

Policy For Tryouts

EMERGENCY MEDICAL FORMS & PHYSICALS

All athletes must turn in an emergency medical form to Mrs. Grimes or the folders on the table at lunch time prior to the first day of practice.   Practice will not be permitted without this form!!!

Physicals must be obtained once the teams have been chosen.  All physicals must be on file prior to the first competition.  If you participated in a fall sport your physical is on file in the athletic office.  Wrestlers must have their physicals on file no later than December 1.  Basketball must have their physicals on file no later than November 18. 

PARTICIPATION FEES

Tryouts and winter sports start dates have been delayed this year due to the operating levy on the ballot.  Participation fees will be determined by the outcome of the levy on Nov. 8.  Participation fees will be collected at your winter sports orientation meeting.

If the levy passes the participation fee will be $55, payable by the first competition.  ALL ARE EXPECTED TO PAY.

If the levy fails the participation fee will be $300, payable by the first competition.  ALL ARE EXPECTED TO PAY.
