A Letter From The Principal
Welcome to Memorial Middle School, home of the Jaguars. We are proud to serve 7th and 8th grade students of the Hilliard City School District. Our school is a State and National member of the Coalition of Essential Schools. We are a family oriented school with a strong concentration on academics, character education and extra-curricular activities. If you are new to our school or school district we extend a welcome to you and your family. Memorial Middle School has an excellent teaching staff to assist our students in any way needed to help them find success. We are proud of the tradition this school has in serving the community through service learning and volunteerism.
Memorial Middle School will provide the opportunity for many wonderful learning experiences that will serve to help our 741 students become responsible and respectful citizens in our community. Through a wide range of curricular offerings our students will broaden their academic skills, as well as explore opportunities in classes such as instrumental music, integrated computer, foreign languages, family and consumer science, art and choir. We believe that our families are the greatest link to success in the education of our students. We welcome your involvement in our school. We are only as strong as the families we serve. Together we will always strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where meaningful work and an appreciation of individual differences is fostered with dedication, integrity, and professionalism.
